All our glasses come with unlimited after sales service. Just pop back into store and we will check the fit, adjust as necessary and fix any minor repairs at no extra cost.
Price Match applies to like for like products (i.e. same frame, prescription and lens option) charged at full price and in stock at another high street store or superstore. It does not apply to discounted products or products from online retailers, auction websites or private sellers. Our Price Match promise is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will need to see a formal quote/receipt on headed paper from the competing retailer and your receipt from Christopher Young Opticians
Our guarantee is valid for all products and services purchased at Christopher Young Opticians. Please remember you’ll need your receipt and to return your unwanted items in the same condition as they were purchased. If the alternative you choose is higher in price, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Our glasses service includes: glasses fitting, screws tightened, frame adjustment, nose pads adjustment/replacement, side adjustment and clean & polish for lenses. There is no limit to the number of times the glasses service can be used however, the service is offered at the discretion of the store manager, depending on the condition of the glasses requested for service.
